Barbara Clay is Vice President, Medical Management and Chief of Staff. Barb is responsible for the overall management of the ROSE Consulting Group, which includes profit and loss accountability, risk management, program development, and leadership of the ROSE team. She is also Chief of Staff to the Head of U.S. Group Reinsurance and is a member of the Group Reinsurance leadership team. Her background includes more than 30 years of leadership experience in financial services, healthcare, and non-profits.
